On Monday September 8th, ICI’s Mark Fraizer moderated a talk by Arif Dirlik on the predicament of global modernity. Professor Dirlik has published extensively on the formation of the Chinese Communist Party, the history of Chinese anarchism, and post-colonial globalism.
