India, China, Africa: Emerging Transnational Politics in the Global South

The panel will explore how Africa has become both frontier and partner for India and China in realms of trade, infrastructure, finance, technology, and most recently COVID diplomacy, creating new hierarchies and imperatives for transnational politics in the South.
