Lang’s Religious Studies program hosted a round table on lived religion, one of the most exciting frontiers of current research and reflection.
Barbra Clayton reported on her field work with a Canadian forestry community seeking to live out a Buddhist environmentalism. Jeffrey Israel explored the importance of humor to lived Jewish ethics in America. And faculty member Mark Larrimore presented examples of creativity and compromise from queer Christian experience in New York City.
