The Panel Discussion will focus on recent discourses that have been developed in West Bengal on the problematic of India China relations, essentially highlighting how a whole set of new initiatives are being discussed to develop linkages between West Bengal and south-west china which would initially benefit the eastern subregion of India but ultimately both India and China would benefit as a whole from the exercise.
